How to Fight Your Foreclosure? |
|
We can help you fight your foreclosure by following these three steps: |

1. We will analyze your closing documents, which are the documents you signed at the time of closing (loan examination), and also we will perform a securitization examination (whether you are facing foreclosure or not). We will determine which violations to your loan were perpetrated by the lender at the time of closing and also the violations at the time your loan was transferred from hand to hand in the securitization process. Additionally we will examine how your mortgage payments were applied to your account and whether any misapplication of them can trigger a violation to the Truth in Lending Act rules. |
| 2. With the outcome of those examinations we will negotiate a loan modification with your lender, trying to reduce the interest rates to 2% and the monthly mortgage payments. Possibly reducing the principal of your loan too.
3. We need to fight aggressively the foreclosure action in Court with the aid of our network attorneys in each State. We will use the outcome of those examinations (step 1), in addition to other tools (analysis of the loan payment history, analysis of the robosigning affidavits, analysis of the assignment of transfers and MERS, analysis of violations to Federal Rules, etc.) With those three steps combined we will try to create as much leverage as possible to achieve your goal to fight and stop the foreclosure by helping you to get an affordable loan modification for you and your family. We will try aggressively to obtain the best results for you. |
